VisaBench presents figures computed from public government disclosure files. It is not legal, immigration, financial or career advice, and it is not a substitute for professional counsel. Filing records are historical and do not predict any outcome.

Data and accuracy

Figures derive from files published by USCIS and the Department of Labor, which those agencies revise over time. VisaBench states the period used on every page, reloads data on a regular cadence, and operates a corrections channel (contact), but does not warrant that any figure is complete, current or error-free.

Company names

Employer names appear nominatively, to identify the filer of public records. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners. VisaBench is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any employer listed, USCIS, or the Department of Labor.

Acceptable use

You may cite and link to VisaBench pages with attribution. Automated bulk scraping that burdens the service, or republishing substantial portions of the site as your own, is not permitted. The underlying government data is public — get it from the agencies' own sites.
